What’s Included
All Inclusive
Each session price is inclusive. There will never be additional charges for speciality services, like essential oils, heat treatment, or even tips.
Multi-Modality Integrated Massage
I blend multiple massage techniques and approaches within each session, adapting the work to what your body needs that day rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine.
Trauma Informed Environment
Your comfort, autonomy, and sense of safety matter. I prioritize clear communication, consent, choice, and collaboration throughout your session.
Whole-Person & Family Care
Massage is for more than just adults or specific areas of pain. I offer adaptable, supportive care for people across different ages, bodies, and stages of life, meeting each person where they are.
